By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

n899 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a User is found to be underage, any funds deposited and any winnings accrued will be forfeited and the Account will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether directly or through third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban from the Platform.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, address or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. n899 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. n899 applies KYC verification procedures in line with applicable compliance obligations. Users will be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid CNIC or passport — before withdrawals are approved. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC. Early submission of documents is strongly recommended to avoid delays.
Deposits into your Account are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts published on the Platform at the time of deposit. n899 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud, money laundering or irregular activity is suspected.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operator and provider availability. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, compliance review status and operator processing queues. n899 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.
Withdrawals of amounts stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are subject to applicable conversion rates and fees at the time of processing. Any minimum withdrawal threshold is displayed within the Account dashboard.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. n899 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game or event, as published at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
From time to time, n899 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets or other incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which form part of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
n899 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void affected wagers and to forfeit any associated balances, without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express written consent of n899.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n899 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
n899 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues or third-party disruptions may affect Platform availability. n899 accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform during such periods.
n899's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be completed or forfeited. Verified Account balances in real-money funds will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and compliance review.
n899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraud, money laundering or criminal activity is suspected; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n899 is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's applicable licence documentation.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that online gambling may be subject to further applicable regulations. n899 does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Any dispute between you and n899 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under n899's operator licence, where available.
n899 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address a security risk.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
